Favourite Five Meme

I have been tagged by two people for this meme; the informative Sue at Blogging Sublimely, and the industrious Peter at Freedom to Differ.

This meme asks us to:

1. Post 5 links to 5 of your previously written posts. The posts have to relate to the 5 key words : family, friend, yourself, your love, anything you like.

2. Tag 5 other friends to do this meme. Try to tag at least 2 new acquaintances so that you get to know them each a little bit better.

Family – This isn’t about my family, but it was a guest post my son wrote about something he felt strongly about – Christian Indoctrination.

Friends – I wrote about internet friendships – My Good Friend…

Myself – I guess my about page would be the most relevant.

Love – The beautiful cards two of my daughters made on Mother’s Day.

Privacy – With many bloggers switching to self hosted domains, I urge you to read Bloggers Beware! Your Privacy may be at Risk. It came as a real shock to me to find my home address was being displayed in conjunction with my website – even though I had opted NOT to display it in the domain registry.

    Duh It did not occur to me to put links to where else to find me in my about page. I was going to put it in my sidebar! Excellent idea.

    I do not think it harms to bring something of ourselves into our blogs but yes you do have to be careful for our family members as well as ourselves.
