Mother’s Day

Published by at 8:20 pm under family, random

Happy Mother’s Day to all the other mums out there!

I thought I’d share a couple of delightful Mother’s Day cards I got today from my two youngest daughters.

From my 5 year old

Mother’s Day a

And from my 4 year old

Mother’s Day2

(read “world”).

I recommend viewing A Mother’s Journey: 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography (via Baron VC).

Just a word of warning – have the tissues ready, this is really emotive (read the captions as well).

Looks like what i gave my mum – you would think after 35 years i might have learnt how to write (kidding)

Hope you had a good mothers day!

Hehe – it was actually more legible than my 16 year old son’s message, which I’m still trying to decipher 😉

    And yes I did, thanks.

I just love innocents of their messages at that age, they are so precious.
One of mine said I love you so much, because you take care of me and make me nice food 😆

How sweet – I don’t think I’d get the “thumbs up” with the nice food – I need to try some of your recipes 😉

I hope they wrote that on cards, and not on the walls or fridge.
