OMG – Don’t Read this Post

MM thinks this is absolutely bloody hilarious.

If you live in Sydney you’re probably aware of Kyle and Jackie O show on 2Day FM.

Apparently, in response to Jackie calling Kyle a bit weird (I’m not sure of the whole story), Kyle was determined to prove that Jackie was a tad weird herself. So he instigated a “make Jackie gag segment”.

I have always been a sympathetic gagger. It’s the one thing I haven’t been able to cope with being a mother. The slightest thing will set me off (yes, even a bad fart). I lasted 2 minutes before I joined Jackie, and promptly stopped the video.

MM walked out in disgust.

I’m pretty sure I can guess the ending, but I wasn’t going to stick around to find out.

Why am I posting the video? I’m just asking myself that very question….

    I saw this a few weeks ago — poor Jackie and her gag reflex! I feel sorry for her, she really couldn’t control herself, at least Geoff tried to look after her.

    No I couldn’t sit through it because … well you’ll have to see/hear for yourself. Kyle is not nice. He obviously really loves irritating people to the max. I don’t know how she can work with him.

    It looks like a setup to me – common things – not moving – described by Kyle – on plates – and she really over reacts to each one – and then goes back for more. Maybe it’s a girl thing – but it seemed over the top to me

    Interesting how despite all the warnings I just HAD to watch this! What does that say about human behaviour????? Curiosity and all that…….. Well, all this proved to me is that Kyle is TOTALLY weird and a little bit HORRID as well. How does he get away with that when 2 of them are asking him to stop? Is it his show or something? Just bizarre. And all them were horrible so how does that make her gagging weird????? Now if there was chocolate on the plate and she gagged…..THAT would be weird. To me gagging at all that stuff being shoved in her face makes her NORMAL!

    CB – I’m with you.

    Michael – I don’t think so. I’m pretty much the same, and I reckon it would be hard to fake that.

    MM often says to me “oh, knock it off” when I start gagging over a strong smell or the look of something, but it’s not something you can control. Probably is a “girl thing”

    Lightening – you weren’t alone! I think this is only the 2nd time that I’ve done the “more” thing. Only to protect those who are squeamish.

    I agree, to gag at something normal would have been weird. Kyle must be a bit of a saddist if he enjoyed that – or maybe he’s thinking “ratings”…

    Well, I had to laugh.

    Don’t think Jackie O would go to those lengths to fake-gag and ruin her make-up and her dignity, but I thought she was wimping it, really (sorry, Meg…my stomach is made of stronger stuff!).

    Kyle IS a jerk, but that’s news to no-one – he makes a fortune from it, so he doesn’t care what we call him. :)
