Bangkok Express

Published by at 4:47 pm under random

This is a fascinating clip (just 40 seconds long) of a train going through a crowded marketplace (apparently in Bangkok).

Of interest is what happens after the train passes. Within 20 seconds – you’d never know what had just happened. Still, pretty dangerous & you wouldn’t want that disruption too often.

    Hi Meg,

    astounding :)

People are really really adaptable – we make the best of what we have even when it isn’t much at all.

    Cheers, Andrew

It’s definitely from Thailand — confirmed by my Thai boyfriend and the fact that there’s Thai script on the side of the train — but he says it’s not Bangkok but elsewhere. We’ve seen this footage before and, yes, it is cool.
